Also, UBL (Universal Business Language) compliant with BIS EN26931 invoices directly generated in SAP. It also enables order capture of the e-invoice in one central location without switching between transactions. All functions are therefore controlled in one single screen and navigable back and forth to the same single screen where it all begins and ends.
Additionally, the monitoring tools for purchase orders and e-invoicing for mass processing or background processing eases and automatitises tasks for users to handle only exceptions and reduce significantly labor intensive processes. This adds to efficiency, productivity and saves time and costs.
Further, non-compliant invoices are validated and failed and lets business control them. Additional integration with Power BI Tools can also be integrated and works for the analysis of Purchase orders inbound, troubleshooting, planning forecasting and creating reports for sales managers. The ADDON supports order capture using IDOCs, EDIFACT, EXCEL, XML, BAPI, RFC, PDF formats..
