First-of-its-kind social e-commerce platform BuyersCircle is making waves amid the upcoming holiday season, as experts record a rise in dropshipping with more Australians looking to earn extra cash this Christmas amid ongoing economic pressures.

The BuyersCircle phenomenon is providing everyday Australians with the chance to start their own e-commerce dropshipping business through a free mobile app, where anyone can open a virtual store in less than 3 minutes.

BuyersCircle allows users to share products and great deals within their own networks, including popular social media channels, through dropshipping.

According to recent data from Statista, the total revenue generated by the eCommerce market is projected to reach over $63 billion by the end of 2022. Revenue is predicted to continue to grow annually at the rate of 13.28% from 2022 through to 2025.

Dropshipping is the process of selling products digitally without physical possession from trusted suppliers. E-tailers find a product range they like, find a supplier to dropship those products, build a website to manage transactions and then package these items to launch to market.

BuyersCircle makes life easier by streamlining the process. Anyone can simply download the BuyersCircle application, browse the products available, add them to your store that is created by the app and share the link. BuyersCircle completes the rest of the legwork for you.

Lance Eerhard, CEO of BuyersCircle. said setting up a store with BuyersCircle can help everyday Australians earn extra pocket money heading into the holiday season, which is more important than ever right now amid ongoing economic pressures.

“By creating a store that suits your audience and giving them the opportunity to buy the things they need, every transaction ensures that little bit extra towards the festive season for you,”

“Dropshipping is seeing a huge rise on the back of a couple of macro trends, the first is the rise of marketplaces. This is forcing suppliers and distributors in the market to build the capability to be able to ship directly to end consumers and sell goods after the initial transaction has already been taken.”

“The second is the growth of multi-category businesses that have become dropship specialists, filling the void of products not available through dropshipping.” said Eerhard

“BuyersCircle has taken this one step further by working with the best brands in the market we know consumers want, as well as dropshipping specialists to curate an inventory that means any individual can set up a store and start selling within minutes.

“The most popular categories we are seeing at the moment are Cosmetics, Toys and Entertainment which is perfect for the upcoming holiday season and where people who wish to earn some extra cash might see the highest return.

“The first thing about setting up a site for your audience to shop from is to understand your audience.

“Once you understand that ‘theme’ it’s literally as easy as downloading the BuyersCircle application, curating a range of products that suit your audience and then sharing them with some meaningful content as to why you think your audience would enjoy or need those products.”

“Any Australian out there can capitalise on dropshipping, especially with increasing prices and inflation rates, and start their own business essentially in a matter of minutes and earn some extra cash for Christmas.” said Eerhard

Over 100 new brands have been added to the BuyersCircle community in the past 3 months, including fashion icon Longchamp as well as the popular premium beer brand Peroni and international powerhouses Tiffany & Co and Tommy Hilfiger.

After successfully launching in 2019, BuyersCircle currently has more than 910,000 registered users in Australia alone and due to steady increases in influencer marketing,

BuyersCircle’s 2021 revenue of $7 million is predicted to skyrocket past $150 million by 2024, which is more than a 1,775% forecasted increase in growth trajectory in just two years, with plans for global expansion in 2024.

“We have enormous plans in motion set to roll out over the coming months, with strategies in place to continue to take this platform to new heights.”

“We hope we can make people’s dreams come true this Christmas and provide an outlet for them to earn extra cash through the app and on social media. This is just the beginning for BuyersCircle,” concluded Mr Eerhard.
