Summit Internet, a leading provider of Fixed Wireless Telecommunications, has successfully
completed the acquisition of the Clear Networks assets from Skymesh.

The transaction, completed on June 30 2023, is limited to the Fixed Wireless infrastructure of
Clear Networks. End Customers will continue to be served by Skymesh under a long-term
wholesale agreement with Summit Internet.

Under the deal, Summit Internet will add an additional 53 Transmission Sites to the network
across Melbourne, Regional Victoria, Regional NSW, Perth and Regional WA.

Summit Internet CEO, Greg Lipschitz, said “We’re excited to be working with the Team at
Skymesh to build their customer base on the Summit Fixed Wireless Network,”

“Summit now covers more than 2.7m premises with high-speed Fixed Wireless access. This
transaction further strengthens our position as a leading Fixed Wireless Carrier in Australia.”

“This transaction makes a lot of sense for all involved, especially the customers on this
network. Summit is an expert at Fixed Wireless infrastructure and this change allows each
business to play to their respective strengths resulting in a further enhanced experience for
the end users,”

SkyMesh will also enjoy access to Summit’s expanded wireless network as part of an ongoing wholesale relationship.” said SkyMesh Non Executive Director, Paul Torrisi.

In 2023 SkyMesh conditionally acquired 6200 satellite customers from Harbour ISP, through parent company Uniti Group. The deal came after SkyMesh’s acquisition of the customers of Clear Networks earlier in 2022

Owned by UK listed BigBlue Boradband PLC, SkyMesh currently service 50 thousand customers in remote locations across Australia via the NBN Sky Muster and fixed wireless products.
