Leading insurance challenger Youi has announced the appointment of experienced technology executive Steve Nichols as Chief Information Officer. Mr Nichols appointment is effective immediately.
Mr Nichols has extensive leadership experience with particular expertise in digital, marketing, strategy, data and analytics and business operations within large organisations such as Shell Energy Australia, NBN Co and Telstra, as well as start-ups.
Youi’s incoming CEO Nathaniel Simpson said Mr Nichol’s appointment was critical for Youi given the increasing importance of technology and digital solutions for customers and its own business operations.
