Macquarie Telecom has appointed Marika Fiorini as their new Chief Customer Officer as the company prepares for its next phase of growth
Fiorini will be in charge of driving sales and marketing, providing internal career growth, and encouraging a cooperative atmosphere inside the organisation.
She will also focus on re-engaging with partners and customers face-to-face, particularly in sectors where there has been an increased demand for the company’s network, mobile, nbn, and cloud services
Fiorini said, “I’m looking forward to offering staff opportunities for growth and development, figuring out what makes them tick and encouraging them to try new things, even if it sits outside their direct reporting lines.”
Additionally she will also focus on re-engaging with partners and customers face-to-face, particularly in sectors where there has been an increased demand for the company’s network, mobile, nbn, and cloud services.
Macquarie Telecom Group Executive Luke Clifton says Fiorini was the ideal candidate for the position and had been appointed at the perfect time. “Marika encourages people to follow their passions and think outside the box, and her supportive, can-do attitude trickles through to her engagement with customers and partners.
