Devo Technology, a cloud-native logging and security analytics firm, announced that they have entered into a multi-year strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The alliance will enable Devo to rapidly develop applied AI/ML and security log analytics applications, which are aligned with AWS security services, to deliver a superior customer experience.
Global security teams wil alsol benefit from scalable, high-performance, and comprehensive AI-driven cloud-native security analytics and log management thanks to the collaboration.
Devo aims to leverage Cisco’s global customer outreach capabilities to help facilitate Devo’s own customer outreach efforts in Asia Pacific, public sectors, and a growing network of Managed Security Service Providers.
The fast-expanding and increasingly sophisticated cyber-threat landscape has forced companies to seek out cloud-based security analytics solutions that allow security teams to work more efficiently and focus on business-critical issues.
Devo’s SaaS platform, built on AWS, provides near-real-time queries across terabytes of data, memory analysis tools, and a machine learning workbench.
As companies, governments and other public organizations continue their transition to the cloud, Devo is working with AWS to deliver a comprehensive stack of cybersecurity capabilities that will help evolve a business’ security operations center (“SOC”) by leveraging:
- Autonomous capabilities enabled by automation,
- Machine learning and
- Cognitive AI technologies.
Senior SOC officials face a complex task. They must protect large, complex systems as they move to the cloud, become digitally transformed, and manage risk. At the same time that they struggle to hire and retain talented analysts, they must accomplish this.
Security professionals can better address these issues by adopting the “autonomous SOC”––a philosophy that revolutionizes how security professionals operate by giving them complete visibility, automation, and analytics.
This year, Devo has achieved multiple milestone achievements in delivering an autonomous SOC, including obtaining AWS Security Competency status, being included in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for SIEM, launching Devo SciSec, and integrating complementary solutions via the acquisitions of Kognos and LogicHub.
AWS and Devo are joining forces to further support Devo in pushing organisations towards achieving an autonomous SOC.
Rebecca Lambert, SOC Manager at Corsica Technologies says implementing the Devo Platform through AWS has given us the flexibility we need to address our customers’ varying needs.
“With a truly multi-tenant offering, Devo enables us to configure custom alerts across all of our environments and correlate data for multiple customers in a single pane for enhanced visibility.” said Lambert
Marta Whiteaker International Director of AWS Marketplace says, “Cybersecurity is always evolving.”
“Our partners like Devo help customers understand and make sense of the tremendous volume of data flowing in and out of their environments to better identify and respond to security events.”

“We are excited to collaborate with a partner who shares Amazon’s culture of customer obsession and can guide our customers through this data security journey,” she said.
Upesh Patel, SVP of corporate development at Devo saysa strategic collaboration between Devo and AWS can provide value to customers looking for speed and scale in a cloud-native solution that will help build their organizations SOC to meet today’s challenges in securing the enterprise.
“Devo will be able to develop more effective go-to-market programs involving AWS Services thanks to our relationship with AWS. Our customers will benefit from more valuable AWS Services,” said Patel.
