The strategic change emphasises the company’s dedication to leveraging local market proficiency, paving the way for an exhilarating phase of expansion.
An avid camper, DIY enthusiast and passionate Collingwood supporter, Talevski lives in Melbourne’s West with his wife, Olivia, and the couple’s two children.

Having amassed nine years of experience at Swann, Talevski is poised to assume a pivotal role as the CEO, steering the team towards fostering innovation on both a local and global scale.
With an impressive career trajectory, he has held significant positions, including CTO at Swann, BlueAnt Wireless, and Azure Healthcare (ASX:AZV). Talevski takes over from Mike Lucas, who was based in the USA and leaves behind a lasting legacy of seven years of leadership.
