Schneider Electric, a global leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, appoints Patricia Hopkins as Director within the Distributed Software & Business Development team.
In her new role, Patricia will report to the Vice President for Industry – Pacific, Mauro DelleMonache to mature the Distributed Software business in the zone and identify growth opportunities within the division.
Patricia will lead a cross-functional team of sales, business development, technical pre-sales consultants as well as an operational team focused on software licenses and agreement renewals support teams.
The role includes oversight to ensure high levels of technical support are provided to Schneider Electric customers through digital means and technical support agents. Complementing this, Patricia’s role will define the offer strategy for Software to generate profitable growth and market share of the Software business.
Patricia joins the team off the back of an established career across the sales and services industry. Stepping across from Insight Enterprises Australia as Sales Director, Patricia has a proven track record in leading teams to deliver business solutions to both enterprise and government sectors. She previously held general manager roles at SAS Australia and Data Dimension across Queensland and Northern Territory.
