Lumify Work, the leading corporate training and certification provider in Australasia is proud to announce that it has won the Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT) Superstars Award for FY24 for Australia and New Zealand.

The award confirms Lumify’s position as the key provider of Microsoft Certified Training in the region, built on unmatched quality, customer satisfaction, and unparalleled scale.

In FY24, Lumify Work trained over 8,000 students in Microsoft Certified Training courses, a clear testament to its robust commercial model.

In addition, Nexacu, Lumify’s specialist unit for end-user training, trained over 17,000 Microsoft students in FY24, firmly establishing Lumify as the largest ICT training provider in ANZ, with over 25,000 students trained.

“The award is a true reflection of Lumify Work’s ability to combine quality and scale,” said Jon Lang, CEO of Lumify Group.

“We lead the market with more students enrolled in fee-paying courses, reflecting customer trust in our offerings and expertise,” Lang said.

“Our focus has always been on combining flexibility with local expertise, ensuring our students receive the best training experience, whether in-person or virtually,”

“The MCT Superstars Award highlights not just the quantity, but the quality of our programs and the expertise of our trainers.” he said.

The Metrics-that-matter (MTM) system, used globally by Microsoft to evaluate the effectiveness of its training partners, measures key aspects of learner satisfaction and course delivery.

Lumify Work’s rating not only exceeded the global average – it was also the highest out of all MCTs in the region.

The recognition of Lumify Work as the highest-scoring partner for quality in Microsoft Certified Training highlights the organisation’s focus on delivering an unparalleled learning experience, backed by expert instruction, advanced training techniques, and a commitment to learner success.

The award sets a new benchmark for training excellence in the region and reflects the dedication and expertise of Lumify Work’s technical instructors.

“This award is a testament to the passion and commitment of our MCTs, who go above and beyond to ensure that our learners gain the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s tech-driven world. It’s an honour to see their hard work validated on a global scale,” concluded Lang.

As the only provider with nationwide campus coverage across Australia and New Zealand, Lumify Work offers flexibility in delivering both in-person and virtual learning options.

With a broad range of Microsoft Certified Training courses and private and customised training solutions, Lumify Work helps IT professionals advance their careers and equip themselves with the latest skills

In addition to offering Microsoft training, Lumify Work has expertise across a range of sectors, including service delivery, project management, and cybersecurity.

Leveraging over 30 years of experience in the region, Lumify’s MCTs bring a deep understanding of how ANZ organisations operate, bringing real-world problem-solving to the classroom.

As the largest corporate training provider in Australasia, Lumify Work has trained hundreds of thousands of professionals, helping them navigate and excel in an ever-evolving tech landscape.
